Refund Policy

At Vent du Fjord, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new, unused condition, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@ventdufjord.ca. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send your item back to us without first requesting a return authorization. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at info@ventdufjord.ca if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
